Let's pretend you like to surf the web with the iPhone/iPod touch. And there are some sites that you find... more interesting than others.
But you'd like to keep those sites private. They may not suit everyone. Your kids, for example, might get the wrong ideas while browsing these sites. Come to think of it, your parents also may not like the fact that you're browsing them.

Problem is you can't just use your regular web browser. You won't be able to save your most "interesting" links, because other people might use the device as well. Moreover, if you do visit those sites, you'll need to explicitly erase your browsing history. 

Not anymore.

"Dweb" has an innocent, inconspicuous icon. If anyone who doesn't know its secrets taps it, all they see is a blank "Loading" screen with an animated activity indicator. After 20-30 seconds the app exits. "Oh well," they think, "it doesn't work."

It DOES work. Once you swipe the right gesture over the hidden buttons on the "Loading" screen, you get a full (but awfully discrete) web browser.  It's the perfect solution to a sensitive problem.
