This app provides instant access (without requiring a network connection) to information about all chemokines including:
- Alternate names
- Receptor names
- Mouse orthologs
- Chromosome location
- Accession number
Chemokines can be identified by scrolling through the list of names, searching the list for part of the name, or by selecting from a graphical view organized by receptor. Examples of each method can be seen in the sample screens below or in the user guide at www.hcubedapps.com.
