Blacklane provides a transparent platform for companies in the limousine and chauffeur service industry, which allows these companies to accept and perform offered rides - without any charges. Rides requested by Blacklane’s broad customer base are automatically transmitted to the network of partners via the BL Driver App. Registered partners can then accept the offered rides on their own terms, i.e. at the time and price they choose. Blacklane does not operate any vehicles of its own, but rather acts as a dispatch center, which collaborates with regional chauffeur companies.
