HowTo:
Add your soldier name to the list and sync it by clicking the reload button on the overview page. If you cannot sync your account, please check the availability of the site bf3stats.com and verify, that bf3stats.com is able to update your profile. In most cases, bf3stats.com is temporarily down or the soldier name does not exists. Please note that the soldier name must not be equal to your PSN / XBOX Live / Origin Account. You can find your soldier name within battlelog after the text 'Active Soldier:'.

Note:
Due to the policies of bf3stats.com, only 2 update requests are allowed per hour. Nevertheless, downloading the cached version from bf3stats is possible all the time without any restriction.
