AYA Healthy Survivorship is designed for Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) cancer survivors (ages 15-39). The app will assess your health habits using an interactive assessment tool that includes a BMI calculator. The assessment gives you a score for lifestyle, physical activity, diet and nutrition and well-being. You can save your score and re-take the assessment once you’ve made changes.

AYA Healthy Survivorship offers personalized tips for being more active, eating better and living a healthier life. You can agree to have tips sent to your phone every day and get weekly healthy recipes delivered via email.

Healthy Survivorship has current guidelines on cancer prevention screening and also gives you the CureSearch™ for Children’s Cancer late effects guidelines for childhood cancer survivors. And, most importantly,AYA Healthy Survivorship links you to a secure Healthy Survivorship website where you can create your own cancer survivorship plan.
