AX Connect Mobile is a feature included with AX Connect from American Express Global Business Travel. AX Connect Mobile enables direct communications between you and your travel manager. AX Connect Mobile allows you to:
-Receive security and risk alerts with information about your destination before and during your trip.
-Receive two-way messages from your travel manager with pre-defined response options that are tailored to the current situation.
-Click to call access to your company’s security team.
-Share your GPS location, to allow your company to assist you during an emergency.
***Note, in order to successfully register to use this app, your company must be an American Express Global Business Travel customer that has subscribed to the AX Connect Duty of Care solution.
