The Adjutant General (AG) Senior Leaders Course (SLC) produces Noncommissioned Officers (NCOs) on a Senior Human Resources (HR) Leadership level who are effective communicators and effective HR planners. Students passing this course are doctrinally sound and technically proficient in planning, executing, and managing HR support as the Senior Human Resources Sergeant within a Brigade S-1, Division G-1, or SRC 12 organization.
